Olivus - Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva

Olivus embodies the spirit of history, witness of the past presence of the Elymians and the Phoenicians in this territory. Their love for the olive tree, handed down to today through inestimable health benefits, cosmetics and food, is present in each bottle of Olivus. The centennial olive-trees, caressed by the winds coming from the lagoon of Stagnone -place of the epic battles among Phoenicians, Carthaginians and Romans, exalts in the traditional cultivars of the territory (Cerasuola, Nocellara and Biancolilla) the singular characteristics of the olives used both as monovarietal Extra Virgin Olive Oils and the Valli Trapanesi P.D.O. designation oils. Thus, coming from the same historical roots, they are used in every gastronomic creation, thanks to the peculiar characteristics of each cultivar and the wonderful balance of the P.D.O. The international awards of Olivus are the natural consequence of the level of excellence of this creation of Alberto Galluffo, always made with the unique and original ALBERTO METHOD.
