The Azienda Agricola Alberto Galluffo, naturally joined with the lands of western Sicily through a millenial historical tradition, uses for creation of their olive oil only local cultivars: Cerasuola, Nocellara and Biancolilla, all expressions of excellence of the island's Extra Virgin Olive Oil production.
